Eurocontrol, the European Organization for the Safety of Air Navigation, started using VaultSpeed as their new Data Warehouse automation tool.
VaultSpeed, which is built on the Data Vault 2.0 standard, is Eurocontrol’s new tool of choice to migrate their existing data warehouse to a Data Vault-compliant setup.
With this DWH switch, Eurocontrol will significantly reduce the impact of change in the entire organisation. They will gain speed in implementation through automation, scalability and performance.
Thanks to VaultSpeed, connecting new data sources will be less time consuming and maintaining their infrastructure a lot more cost-effective.
The deciding factors for choosing VaultSpeed were its ease of use and the ability to leverage their existing Oracle stack. VaultSpeed will directly feed their Oracle Data Integrator to generate the mappings needed to load and build the Data Vault.
