You'll gain insights into VaultSpeed's perspective on:

  • Project Definition: define a business case, project plan, evaluate release processes
  • Project Execution: identify the best project approach that fits the customer, overview of project activities
  • Architecture: create a technical and data architecture diagram
  • Models: managing and using a conceptual model, business and source analysis
  • Source model Mapping: source to business taxonomy, execute source model mapping
  • Deploy and Load: Generation and deployment, GIT, FMC, Initial and incremental loading
  • Data Delivery: Dimensional model, output views
  • Continuous Development: delta release, CI/CD pipeline, integrate conceptual model changes


TRAINING

During the journey to CSRP status, your workforce will get the necessary training and information to become multi-disciplinary VaultSpeed specialists:

  • Sales: VaultSpeed will regularly organize Partner Sales enablement sessions which will include partner sales teams to listen and learn about go-to-market aspects of co-selling the VaultSpeed solution.
  • Technical: In parallel is the Project Readiness component, ensuring VaultSpeed partners’ technical team has the knowledge, background information, and material to execute VaultSpeed projects. The Project-ready training consists of three classroom sessions, each lasting 2 to 3

REQUIREMENTS

An attendee must commit to the execution of the three sessions in a specific month, with slots available every few months organized on Mondays in the afternoon (CET). NOTE: if a planned session has fewer than five attendees on a certain month, VaultSpeed may cancel that and move the submitted people to the next planned session.


SCHEDULE

These will be the dates for the scheduled trainings:

Sept 11th, 18th, and 25th | 03:00 - 06:00 PM CEST
Nov 13th, 20th, and 27th | 03:00 - 06:00 PM CEST
