Your journey to VaultSpeed Sapphire Partner Certification

VaultSpeed invites all partners and interested system integrators to consider Sapphire certification, the highest level of VaultSpeed partner enablement that offers the most benefits.

Benefits

The Sapphire benefits package is a significant step up from the perks enjoyed by VaultSpeed Registered Partners:

  • Increased Referral fees: Partners who obtain Sapphire status will be eligible 10% cash for the customer's subscription lifetime (up from the Registered Partner’s compensation of 10% for the first year)
  • Additional PSA Support: Partners will also have the opportunity for two additional hours per month of free “expert-on-call” advice from their designated Partner Solution Architect (PSA)
  • Pro Serv Referrals: Most importantly, when VaultSpeed has direct customers needing Pro Serv packages such as Onboarding Packages and PoCs, certified Sapphire partners will be the only partners eligible to receive those referrals.
  • Additional Route-To-Market flexibility: Sapphire partners are eligible to resell the VaultSpeed solution (starting with the new mid-market focused Automation Kickstart offering)

Training

During the journey to Sapphire status, a partner’s workforce will get the training and information to become multi-disciplinary VaultSpeed specialists:

  • Sales Enablement training: The goal of this sales-specific training is to equip partners with knowledge about the VaultSpeed business environment: customer profile, problem statement, value proposition, sales process and more. This knowledge is essential for partners who want to work with VaultSpeed to share leads, co-sell, and work pipelines together.
  • Product training: This training will greatly enhance a partner’s ability to stand up their client’s VaultSpeed project with confidence and using best practices. The partner team will gain insights into VaultSpeed's recommended approach on project execution, modeling, source mapping, and much more
  • PoC Readiness training: The successful design and execution of a VaultSpeed client Proof of Concept is the most challenging aspect of being a VaultSpeed partner. For that reason, VaultSpeed wants to arm our partners with all the experience we’ve gathered over the years about how to plan and execute a PoC to give all parties the clearest path to success, including planning, execution, deliverables, and much more

Goal

Once certified as Sapphire, a partner will have the knowledge on how to present, demo, and sell VaultSpeed to their customers, have a working setup of their VaultSpeed partner account based on a self-chosen data model, and a new level of co-sell relationship with the VaultSpeed field sales team.
